Well, pretty nice actually: (http://bit.ly/mP0bUc) This weekend we’re supposed to be cooler (61 & 51F) with showers.
Looks like lagering isn’t too difficult there.
That’s for sure; the challenge was actually keeping the fermenters from freezing. This winter, my fermentation temperature control consisted of a closet with a space heater. Actually, I just moved into a new place and it has a basement, so I should be able to brew lagers year-round.
