An interesting discussion got started on the NB Forum, and it made me realize that I’ve never actually seen data on craft beer drinkers’ preferences. So tell me, what are your top ten (give or take)? You never know, it may help with planning future commercial brews.

I have been homebrewing for less than a year. I try something different each time I purchase a kit. I have been surprised by how each beer tastes and how a like each new beer better than the last. The cream ale was very smooth and not too hoppy. I really don’t think I have a very discerning pallet. I’m hoping to get better at recognizing different styles and off-flavors.
