1/2 gallon first runnings boiled down separately for caramelization (main boil duration 75 min). Fermented 6 days at 66°F, 8 days at 72°F. Kegged directly from primary.
Hop bitterness and flavor were spot on, but even 2 oz of chocolate malt has a definite flavor contribution. I may try brown malt or something else next time.
